QUESTION:
I agree that giving amazing experiences through hands-on does have some disadvantages. For example, when students try to recreate the feeling without doing the thinking that led to it.
But a clear hands-on experience from an experienced Alexander teacher will help a student to notice the moment their habit comes back. It’s a new and dramatic experience that creates an unmistakable contrast between habit and non-habit.
How can that contrast be achieved without hands-on?
